Create easy-to-make, chunky and chic candle pillars from a single fence post for glowing holiday decorations.

Instructions:

Step 1. Cut a 4" x 4" x 8' fence post (#5213) into four sets of the following lengths: 4 inches; 8 inches; and 12 inches.

Step 2. Sand all surfaces of the wood smooth.

Step 3. Seal pillars with Minwax Polycrylic (#290327) to bring out the natural grain of the wood.

Step 4. Top with LED pillar candles (2.87 inch #138843; 5-inch #140587).

You can also stain the wood to match any trim, furniture, or cabinets to put in any room of your house. I'm going to use some to spruce up my bathroom. Thank you for the great idea!
