Star of David Wreath

Create intricate holiday décor from contractor’s paper.

Star of David

1. Cut six 8-inch squares from a roll of contractor’s paper. Fold each square diagonally into a triangle shape.

2. Along the fold, starting 1 inch from the edge, make three cuts parallel to the edge of two sides of the triangle. Work from the outside toward the center.

3. Open the paper, locate the two innermost points, and attach them with staple.

4. Flip the paper over, and staple the next two innermost points together. Continue flipping the paper and securing the points until they are all attached. Repeat the process for the remaining five squares.

5. Find an end point on three of the six stars, and staple them together at the end points and at a center point. Repeat for the three remaining stars.

6. Staple the two sets of three stars together in the middle and along the connected portions.

I can not get all three stars to attach to the other three stars. I followed the instructions and cut and staplled but all three form a six sided star with no room to put the other three connected stars. I have no idea how people find this easy. mark
